The short version. Nimble Clerk is free while it is in early access, and nothing is being charged today. When that ends it will be $15 a month for a whole workspace — one price, up to five people, every feature included. We will tell you before anything changes, and you will not be charged without being asked.

One price for the whole workspace

Not per person. A workspace is the shared CRM your team works in, so it costs the same whether one of you is using it or five.

Monthly	$15 per workspace, per month
Yearly	$150 per workspace, per year — two months free
People	up to 5 on one workspace
Anything else	nothing — no setup fee, no charge per record, no paid add-ons

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency you will be charged the equivalent, so the amount on your statement may be a little different from the figure above, and will move with the exchange rate.

What you get for it

All of it. There is one plan rather than a ladder of them, so nothing is held back for a higher tier and there is nothing to upgrade to:

Every kind of module, and as many modules, fields and records as you want.
Sync between all of your own devices, and one shared workspace for the team.
The whole app offline — it works with no connection and catches up afterwards.
Export of everything, as JSON or CSV, whenever you like and without asking us.

What it does not do yet is worth reading before you pay for it. It is written out plainly on what you can do — every thing the app is good at, with its limit in the same sentence.

While it is in early access

There is nothing to pay and no card to enter. You can use the whole product, invite your team, and export all of it, without ever being shown a price.

When we do start charging, anyone already using Nimble Clerk will be told first, and will keep using it free for a while afterwards rather than being charged on the day. We are not promising a date, and we are not promising a permanent free plan. What we are promising is that you will hear it from us before it affects you, and that nothing will be taken from a card you have not handed over.

Cancelling, and getting your money back

Cancelling takes two clicks in Settings, and it never deletes anything. A payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of being taken. The detail is on refunds and cancellation.
